In a world where our attention is a literal commodity, it is becoming more and more difficult for many people to retain a deep quality of focus for a prolonged period of time. On the surface, this doesn’t seem to be an issue, as our society has normalized heavily biased sound bites, vampiric drama, and infantilized content. However, these communication tactics are designed to create addicts whose only desire is the next ‘fix’, slowly usurping our natural attunement to the bigger picture by culling our sensory proprioception into the shallowest of scapes.
Eventually, as with all addictions, our life force, our vitality is drained into the frenzy and we are but a shell of our former selves, barely able to sustain the depth and breadth of presence required for physical wellbeing.
If we are to remain sovereign, in control of our own destiny, we must reclaim our attendance and the quality of our presence, as this is our real source of aliveness. Your true nature awaits you...
