We are submerged in a cultural paradigm that perpetuates a perspective of separation and reductionism. As a consequence, we have been taught to understand our physical form as if it functions as an amalgamation of separate parts… the core, the feet, the shoulders, the eyes, etc…
This is a deeply omissive and archaic scientific perspective which has transgressed upon our body’s innate holistic design, and serves to exhaust our body’s proprioceptive, sensory and nervous systems. These are inherently inclusive and comprehensive systems which are wired to function globally; seeking tensegral wholeness and dynamic equanimity throughout our physical form on a continuum.
What arises as a result of this sensory fragmentation is not only a physical disorientation, but a mental one as well. For this is an unnatural perspective, and thus generates conflict throughout our body-mind, perpetuating the idea that we are parts rather than wholeness, peripheral rather than centralized, and dis-empowered rather than sovereign. Your true nature awaits you…
