In our current ‘reductionist’ cultural paradigm, we have been taught to understand our body in parts… the core, the feet, the shoulders, etc…
This has served to exhaust our sensory systems, as these systems are inherently wired to seek globality, wholeness throughout our body, on a continuum. What arises as a result of this sensory fragmentation, is not only a physical disorientation, but a mental one as well.
For this is an unnatural perspective, and thus generates conflict throughout our body/mind, perpetuating the idea that we are parts rather than wholeness, peripheral rather than central, dis-empowered rather than sovereign. Your true nature awaits you…
