When our body- mind is in a deeply attuned natural state, there are many organic languages of the body that spontaneously arise; one of which is the expression of Reflexivity. She is another of our lost Feminine Principles which conduct the underlying flow of our living reality.
One example of a naturally reflexive body language is spontaneous stretching; the kind of stretch that the body originates without the mind ordering the action. Many of us might remember this from childhood, when we would reflexively generate a full body stretch upon waking. This is an innate physical response to regenerate flow, which unfortunately becomes lost to us in adulthood.
Our loss of these naturally reflexive body languages is, however, not a result of aging. Rather, it is a result of our minds gradually overriding our sensory prescience. In particular, in societies which have become highly domesticated and technocratic, there is a corresponding loss of reflexive response for continual physical attunement; spontaneous self care.
If we look to our animal friends, we can easily see the example of reflexive stretching. We can begin to regenerate this organic state within ourselves by simply allowing the spontaneous ‘surge’ to stretch in the moment that it arises. This is a return to deep listening; the prescience of unified body-mind.
Another key to returning to our innate reflexivity is allowing the body to move freely - without direction from our minds. This is imperative, as it allows our wisdom body the freedom to self correct and re-attune without imposition. Our return to spontaneous reflexivity is the return of our naturally regenerative physical flow; the way of the sovereign. Your true nature awaits you...
